Two of a kind! The flawless elegance of this cuvée originates in our sun-ripened mountain apples. With their clear texture and fresh acidity, they create a smooth base for the pears. The velvety, light-yellow juice brings a sweet and delicate pear aroma to the nose and leads to a sappy, complex and full palate.

Mountain apple juice (75%) & pear purée (25%)
Kohl mountain apple juices are carefully pasteurised for a long life but contain no preservatives, additives or added sugar.
Nor do they have any animal-derived ingredients or genetically modified products. Kohl mountain apple juices also bear the European Vegetarian Union’s V-label.
The mountain apple juices do not contain gluten. They are digestible for people with coeliac disease.

Interessante...
La pera è molto dominante, quasi come se fosse un succo alla pera... ma sotto il gusto della mela rende tutto più fresco e scorrevole
