Our Winterspecial CALIDUM

The mountain breeze cools our cheeks and hands in the morning on the way to the apple orchard and in the evening when we put away the last apple crates. 

During these weeks, we feel an increasing longing for warmth. From the outside, from the inside. A woollen jumper helps with a hat and a scarf. And a warm drink. A drink that is just as expertly composed as our juices and with the same high standards of flavour and quality. 

Our CALIDUM winter punch is the answer to this longing. With it, we show how juices and spices can be combined to create an exceptionally warming drink. A real non-alcoholic alternative. 

CALIDUM is a cuvée of mountain apple juice and the almost black, velvety juice of elderberries. While the apple juice gives the punch its structure with its gentle sweetness and disappearing acidity, the characterful elderberry juice brings star anise and cinnamon to the nose and palate. 

The elegant balance of berries and mountain sun-ripened apples of the highest quality creates a cosy atmosphere. Cosiness for the soul and mind.
