Pure, precise, perfect. - Three words that describe our GOURMET line. They contain everything so important to us in connection with the delicate production of naturally pure apple juice of the highest quality. We become particularly aware of these guiding stars when we add a new apple variety to our range. Each variety has its own history and special characteristics. Not only in the apple orchard but also in production.

The apple. The SONNENGLANZ variety tells of the long South Tyrolean summer; of the sunlight and warmth that penetrate its core. How it tastes, how it looks - everything is sun-soaked. The Sonnenglanz apple variety is a cross between Pinova and Topaz. The medium-sized apples on the tree are a sunny yellow colour. The flesh is an intense straw yellow, firm and crisp. The flavour of the apple is aromatic and fresh.

... and its juice. With fine citrus flavours and a hint of pine, the juice elegantly balances the interplay of fruitiness and refreshing acidity. The juice is full-bodied and balanced, refreshing and fruity.

Food pairing. Light starters like the apple juice SONNENGLANZ at their side, as do fresh salads. Fish, white meat and mild cheese form a gentle, aromatic contrast.
