Derived from the Latin word “calidus,” meaning “warm,” we named this cuvée CALIDUM. A name that’s easily understood far and wide, perfectly capturing what makes this special cuvée so unique.

Ripe apples bring a gentle sweetness with a touch of acidity. Elderberries, long valued for their healing properties, add a bold, dark note with their almost black, velvety juice.
