A typical South Tyrolean! The mountain apple juice made with the Gravensteiner variety has a cheerful straw yellow colour and an enchanting aroma: a unique aroma of flowers, delicate citrus notes, grapefruit and spices. The juice has much to offer the palate: lively with a lasting freshness.

Highly recommended: with raw fish, seafood, shellfish, and thickened cream soups.

Shake before use. Once opend, store in the refigerator and consum within 6 days.

The Gravensteiner summer apple is a chance seedling. It is also one of the tastiest apples in Europe. The apples are medium-sized to large and yellow when ripe, with medium-firm, very juicy flesh.
